True City Celebration
This year's TrueCity gathering will be a weekend of telling the stories of what God is doing in and through us in Hamilton, and extended times of prayer for the church in Hamilton and for our city. Please set aside the February 20 weekend to take part in this celebration! More information can be found by visiting truecity.ca .
Are you an instrumental musician interested in accompanying First CRC services? MusicMakers is a pickup orchestra which helps lead worship through music. MusicMakers is hoping to start up again on the 3rd Sundays of each month and meet at 8:00a.m. prior to the service to prepare and then play for the 9:30a.m. service. Please contact Israel Ramirez (

Annual World Day of Prayer - March 5
The World Day of Prayer is a global ecumenical movement which brings Christians of many traditions together to observe a common day of prayer each year. World Day of Prayer began in the 19th century when Christian women of Canada and the United States started to be involved in missions at home and in other parts of the world.
The Matthew 25 House FAMILY DAY WINTER CARNIVAL: Skate on the pond, play snow football, try curling, make a snow sculpture, drink hot chocolate, have a hotdog, and help send kids to Camp!
Community Drop In (Bread & Milk) hands out bread along with a milk voucher every third Wednesday. Plastic grocery bags are needed and donations will gladly be accepted. Please place donated grocery bags under the mailslots located in the gathering hall.
